Ordering
The Shop page has a facility to allow you to place items into a virtual shopping basket, and to pay for those items
using PayPal's online payment system. Please note that there may be a delay of up to 15 seconds for the connection into
PayPal's site to be established when you click the PayPal button on the checkout page.
Images of Items
Where possible I have made every effort to ensure that each item for sale is represented by an image that
shows the item as accurately as possible. Please note that dichroic glass items produce two different colours
depending on how you view the item. I will attempt to capture and display the best features of each item for sale.
Pendants and Necklaces
Some fused glass pendants are photographed with a silver chain, however, they usually come with a
black necklace cord unless otherwise stated. Please check the item descriptions carefully before you purchase. Sterling
silver snake or omega chains are available to buy, if required, but why not save yourself some money and use a chain that
you already have.
Packaging
Goods will be packaged in Peridot sparkle tissue paper, and cufflinks will be boxed and wrapped.
Delivery
The delivery costs below are applied to your entire order, regardless of how many items you purchase!
Standard Delivery
This will incur a cost of
£2.50. This is my standard delivery cost for all UK mainland addresses.
Collect in Person
I also offer the option to collect your purchase in person. Please do not turn-up unannounced, I will contact you to make suitable arrangements that will suit us both.
Overseas Delivery
This will incur a cost of
£15.00. When you are
reviewing your basket, please make sure you
select this option before you proceed to the checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be able to send your
goods unless you have selected this option. If you want delivery to an overseas address and have not
selected this option, then I will contact you to arrange payment of the balance before your goods are sent.
Please note that every effort will be made to have your goods arrive on time. However, delivery times may be
affected by other factors, such as bank holidays and other designated national holidays, and
the postal / courier services used to transport the goods.
Insurance
Insurance is not offered on any product. Unfortunately, the items for sale are all unique, and I would not
be able to replace the item as they are one-offs. Please see the Returns information below.
Returns
If you have any problems with your order then please notify me within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Please see the
contact page for information about contacting me.
Sales and Discount Vouchers
From time to time, items will be offered at a reduced sale price. For comparison, the sale price of an item will be displayed next
to its original price.
Discount vouchers may also be offered that can be redeemed against the basket as a whole. These vouchers will usually be subject
to a time limited period, and may also have special requirements such as a minimum order amount or minimum number of basket items.
If a discount voucher is successfully redeemed against your basket, you will see the reduction of each item in the "Discount" column
on the Review Basket page.

I reserve the right to change without prior notice any information on this site, including the items
for sale and these terms and conditions.
